When a proposal or product needs specific processing terms, those terms will be documented in the contract, annex or product policy.

We may receive name, email, phone, company, role, country, operational need, submitted message and minimum technical data needed for site security and operation.

Do not send credentials, private keys, infrastructure secrets, sensitive data or third-party information unless you have sufficient authorization.

We use information to answer requests, prepare proposals, coordinate meetings, provide commercial or technical support, protect the site and keep reasonable communication traceability.

We do not sell personal data. If analytics, advanced forms, CRM or campaigns are added later, this policy will be updated before expanding processing.

Processing is oriented around the data subject's authorization, requested pre-contractual or contractual measures and applicable obligations when relevant.

You may request access, rectification, update, deletion or opposition to processing when available under applicable Ecuadorian rules.

We retain data for the time needed to handle the request, keep reasonable commercial history or comply with applicable obligations.

We may use email, hosting, repository, cloud or collaboration providers. Those providers should process information only to deliver the contracted service.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures, including HTTPS, access control and environment separation when a product requires it.
